The best and most helpful staff. The breakfast was lovely, organized, beautiful and varied. The staff was helpful in getting. Cappuccino. The Italian restaurant was lovely. The amenities downstairs with the pool was great. It was very heated and wonderfully refreshing. I also had a spam massage. Overall, the highest recommendation for this property.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palazzo Donizetti Istanbul, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The hospitality was truly outstanding, the front desk staff were so warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I also have to shout out the breakfast; the fresh fruits, bread and pastry selection was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Ótima acomodação, localização, limpeza. Porém o destaque vai para equipe de funcionários, todos são muito cordial e sempre se esforçam para ajudar. Deixar meu agradecimento em especial ao GOAK, me ajudou com o táxi para aeroporto.

We were amazed by the splendor, the architecture and the design of the hotel, but most of all we were touched by the impecable service of every member of the staff. That can't be seen everywhere recently. People at the reception, bellboys, housekeeping and restaurant were so kind and attentive to any of our needs. The rooms were amazing, comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness is immaculate. The only minus is that the windows cannot be opened at all which leaves you with no fresh air during your whole stay. And if you arrive by car - stopping and getting off close to the hotel is so stressful and almost impossible. Only thanks to the /paid/ valley services by the porter we managed to get some space for our car. But I guess that is the price to stay at the best place in central Istanbul, where everything exciting happens - unlimitted sightseeing options, shopping, dining and party. Hope to get back.

Hotellet ligger i ett fantastiskt läge. Rummet var rent och fräscht. Handdukarna och sänglakan luktade faktiskt. Spa avdelningen kan behöva en liten uppdatering i form av underhåll då ång bastun inte fungerade samt att personen inte assisterade vilket skede man skulle utföra behandlingarna. TV apparaten slutade fungera de sista två dagarna men personalen lyckades lösa det sista dagen till slut.

Hotel is conveniently located near Istiklal Caddesi, Taksim Square & Galata Tower. Very nice & polite staffs. Thank you Murat, for being very helpful. He carried my luggage in & out all the time, with a Smile. I would recommend my friends & family to stay here. For the price, very good deal in that area.
