İyi karşılama, güler yüzlü ve nazik kişiler. Aile sıcaklığı vardı, ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapmaya çalıştılar. Kahvaltı da yeterli idi. Üstelik ekstra isteklerimizi de nazikçe karşıladılar. Teşekkür ederiz.

Estada individual

Özellikle kahvaltısına bayıldım. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımseverler. Otelin yeri her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin içinde, sadece konaklayanların görebileceği bir avlusu var ki hem huzurla oturabilirsiniz, hem de sakin bir şekilde Kapadokya’nın tadını çıkarabilirsiniz.

Personeller gayet ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Otel de güzel. Oda temizdi. Tek sorun odamız çatı katındaydı, odanın bazı yerlerinde eğilerek hareket etmek zorunda kaldım. Keşke oda ayırtma kısmında ayrıntıları görebilseydik. Bizim açımızdan tek negatif yön oydu. Bunu dile getirdim müsait odamız yok maalesef dediler. Çözüm odaklılar. tek gece kaldık zaten sorun etmedik.Kahvaltı da güzeldi sonrasında çay kahve için sürekli sordular sağolsunlar. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, teşekkür ediyoruz hem sahibine hem diğer personellere.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Sıcaklık ve temizlik gayet yeterliydi. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Personel çok ilgili sürekli çay kahve ikramı için soruyorlar. Sadece jakuzili oda almamıza rağmen jakuzi çalışmıyordu. Onun dışında hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We arrived at Urgup much earlier than the check-in time and they let us relax in the lobby and also got our room ready much earlier than expected so we could rest. Very kind family and the breakfast was amazing.

My family and I arrived very late. The receptionist was waiting for us, and our arrival was very welcoming. The service for 2 mornings was impeccable, they took care of our needs, which wasn’t much, but instantaneously service was provided 5stars. The only concern was that room was very close.Other wise the whole family was on top of everything
