property is near to good places to see including train/subway station which was very helpful specially for us senior people. hotel is very clean and very generous. staff was helpful and gracious. thank you, hotel is a real relief.

The manga room with all the books was cool to see. Staff were very friendly. The location is not bad, lots to do around the hotel. Hotel room was clean. The internet was spotty, at least in my room on the 8th floor. The TV is a bit outdated but that is something that is minor. Great, affordable spot to stay. Would likely stay in this hotel again when in Sapporo.

Nice, clean room, and nice staff.
Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! So many fresh pastries/buns, fresh salad, perfect fried eggs, hashbrowns, and so much more!
Hot spa was just one pool, but still lovely - and honestly, since it was an extra, unexpected amenity, I have no complaints!
Very walkable to the subway and lots of restaurants.

It was a pleasant two night stay. The location is right in the middle of downtown Sapporo where most must visit spots are within walking distance.

I reccomend this hotel. Great customer service and amenities, including the hot spring onsen and the enriched and yummy breakfast. You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. I will book again this hotel if I will visit again Sapporo. Arigato gozaimasu!
