First, thank you to each and every member. You all made my stay comfortable. Initially, I chose a room without window and it was clear within 2 hours that I will not be able to stay in that room for 5 nights. Thank to the amazing team, they let me upgrade to a better room and I could enjoy the area around Hoan kiem lake. I was out till 11 without any issue.

Great hotel. Very close to old quarter only 5 minutes walk and far enough away from crowds and noise. Lots of local food nearby and very walkable area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We liked the hotel so much, we have booked for the next two quick visits to Hanoi we have coming up. Great shower and comfortable bed too.

Wonderful, centrally located hotel, very comfortable room, with very accommodating and helpful staff. Had an amazing stay here and I'm so glad to have cancelled my originally booked hotel to go with this one instead.

My room was clean, cool from the AC and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great—walking distance to many great restaurants and the hub of the Hanoi chaos. If it’s your first trip to Hanoi, staff provide a map and list of places to eat. I’d stay there again.
