The staff are, as always, excellent! Friendly, efficient, considerate! They are to be commended!!!! I greatly appreciated the proximity of Room 122 and its spaciousness; however, it doesn’t have a towel rack which isn’t the norm. I used the robe hook on the bathroom door in lieu of it for face-cloths. The other minor critique is that one of the lampshades was locked in place crooked, so I was unable to move the finial to adjust the one table lamp. FYI: I used to design & sell high-end lighting, so that is not something I’m unfamiliar with. Overall, my stay was perfect & it was made so by exceptional staff who went the extra mile to accommodate my being restricted while recuperating from major surgery. Sincere thanks to the Front Desk & the cleaning ladies! Bev W.
