The housekeeping needed to do a more through job cleaning. Did let the front desk know about the issues we had. It didn't affect our stay but other ppl would of been very upset about it.

Staff , housekeeping using elevator with buggies while guests in elevator . Housekeeping left dirty dishes in room after there cleaning . Bathtub drain clogged , tub filled during shower

The hotel has a nice location and the breakfast is OK but the room was very stinky and the bathroom washer was getting backed up and plugged so I asked him to fix it they said they were they didn’t but we left us at the next morning I mean it’s an OK nothing special

Staff was very friendly, location was easily accessible from the 403 highway, close to downtown Toronto (20 min), breakfast options could have been better but won't discourage this American from returning.

Continental breakfast parking now on check-in was not that great the person checking me in did not know what he was doing. Got all the way to our room, then got a call and had to go back to check in and do it all over again was not impressed. Other than that I would go back there.
