The recent renovation of the room was a bit rough around the edges for the price but it was comfortable and clean where it counted. The staff, amenities, and location absolutely made up for it and we will definitely be returning here for future Toronto visits.

From check in to check out, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The warm chocolate chip cookie treat was a sweet surprise. Bed was perfect!

Booked this hotel room in February for a concert in June. Had to have unexpected surgery a few days before the trip and tried to cancel and was refused cancellation despite having the proper documents from my Dr saying I was unable to travel. I recommend not booking this hotel unless you can 100% guarantee you are going to be able to be there. I will never book with this hotel again. They have no empathy.
