Per sota de la mitjana On arrival, terrible room. Right next to the house keeping supplies, but had a great view of the roof. Had to call or go down to front desk for maintenance. The safe didn’t work, the coffee pot was broken and didn’t work, there was no remote for the tv, the breaker kept tripping so had to go out and switch it if we wanted to use more than two things at a time and the so called AC was terrible, room was so hot. They had to bring up a fan.
I have stayed there before, it was great. I don’t know how it declined in only two years since I was there. I will not be staying at that “motel” again.

Bé The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel does note that the rooms do not have air conditioning, and while a fan was provided to help cool the room upon our arrival, it wasn’t very powerful and didn’t oscillate, so airflow was limited. The rooms are also quite small, and noise carries easily—you can hear just about everything. On the plus side, the pool and hot tub were fantastic and definitely a highlight of our stay!

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and staff were very polite and helpful
There's a new port going in across the street from the hotel so expect noise during the day, there's also another port across from the hotel as well. There's no air conditioning in the rooms. They supply a fan though and the window in the room does open a well. Close to lots of amenities and that's why we chose to stay there. We would stay there again

Per sota de la mitjana Had to request room cleaning twice on first couple of days. Room was noisy as window had to be open as no air conditioning only a fan the hairdryer didn’t work so was changed and the kettle didn’t work either. Not quite what I expected good location but low quality room floor in hallway looked really grubby. Difficulty sleeping with noise from ferry terminal all night with window open and room was on the small side
