The property is in a convenient location if you are visiting downtown Toronto. Bed was very comfortable. Room was more than suitable for one overnight stay.TV did not work. Front office staff were great and accommodating. However, attempting to contact the hotel from outside the building was frustrating with numerous advertisements but no human being ever answered. We were on hold twice for 20 minutes and then their line hung up. Ended up using Xpedia contact the property by messaging but no response was received. Overall, would look for another downtown hotel on next visit.

I stayed here for a 1 night stay, and have stayed at this location multiple times. I am making this review so people are aware of the situation I was in the last time I stayed. There was in fact mould all over the curtains of our room when we checked in, and was not offered a new room until we had to ask. They offered to clean it… did it need to be cleaned? Yes. Is mouldy curtains something that can be properly cleaned quickly? No… staff was super kind, but no reimbursement or anything for the mouldy room, which was unfortunate.

Buffet Breakfast staff very very nice, Breakfast not bad but No pancakes, or waffles; why? Bedrooms very very small....too noisy; the air conditionner made a big noise.... Did not like my stay

Staff was great. If you have a large van - you will park in a public parking time are 6am- 6pm/ 6pm- 6am. It is locked behind the hotel. ($15-18) per shift. The location Does not have continental breakfast, food is $26 per person. There are many options of food outside- including the grocery store on the corner. Rooms are very small so pack light. Location is close to subway and other attractions for getting around the city.
