We had a great stay here as a family (older kids) for a few days. Location is obviously ideal and the courtyard is really nice to relax during the day or pre dinner drinks. The conversion from convent is done well so real historical charm to the property. Staff were all helpful, especially on the door helping with bags in and out of excursion buses and taxis. Breakfast is top notch- extensive selection and open long hours. The restaurant was also good quality for a meal when we didn’t feel like going out to city centre. It’s not the cheapest hotel in Cusco but I’d say it was worth the prices - we stayed after the Inca trail so felt worth it for well deserved relaxing days.

The rooms were comfortable and the property was beautiful. At night, though, the noise of the city made it really hard to sleep. There were parties and fireworks at 3 and 4 am.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help when needed. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay, and I would be happy to return in the future.
