The staff provided an excellent service and accommodation. We left an item in the previous hotel we stayed in thought it was gone forever but the staff in Tokoyo Inn Shin Osaka Station Higachi contacted the other hotel and arranged for them to mail it to us. It would’ve been a devastating experience but through their help, our stay was smooth and hassle free. I’d recommend this hotel.

This was a stop along the way for us. Just one night. We were looking for something affordable close to the Shin Osaka Station and this worked perfectly,
The staff were very helpful and kind. Their free breakfast was filling and good

BéEstada individual · Per a l'oci
Room condition clean, expected a double bed (two twins together) but ended up with two separate twin beds.
Staff okay, but would not allow early check in other than a luggage hold.
For the price it is what to expect with a free breakfast that is mostly served cold except soups and coffee.
