Were very helpful with bike storage and packing bike for air transport. Room was okay but weird roof compromised shower and air conditioning was feeble.

Delightful hotel in a great location for exploring the city. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great entrance down a lovely cobbled lane decorated with coloured umbrellas. Top marks for me

This hotel is very well located, being a short walk to Wien Mitte/Landstrasse and the rail/underground/City Airport Train hub. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Both of the rooms that we have stayed in so far have had leaking showers or broken shower heads, but everything else has been good. We opted out of breakfast as we considered it too pricey.
