Given the room rate we were expecting this to be a really fabulous place to stay. Instead we ended up with a basement level room (1 of 3 guest rooms on that floor) with windows high off the floor. The thermostat was set for 22 and could not be adjusted. The room was much hotter and when I went to the front desk and let them know the thermostat was not working and no air was coming on they said they would send someone. I asked how long as it was evening. They said 20 minutes. 2 hours later no one had shown up and we were going to bed. The breakfast was underwhelming to say the least compared to all the other cheaper hotels we had stayed in. Soggy eggo style waffles and then an assortment of other typical breakfast fare. They cutlery was empty and we had to wait for it to be replenished.

Staff is nice

Great hotel convenient for Banff and surrounding mountain activities (we went canyoning). I the staff were friendly & efficient and left a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. I used the weights in the gym and sauna. The pool and Waterslide were a huge hit for young kids who were clearly having a fantastic time.

I was expecting too much on the breakfast. But it was just avarage.. Fruits coffee were good with other standard items.. nothing spectacular though

The hotel is awesome. Staff was very nice. Having an indoor pool with kids is a blessing. They loved every bit of it. I think adding more options to their buffet breakfast would be very beneficial.

Nice hotel with good spacious room. Only issue it got is having one elevator so wait time is more to use it.

Overall, our stay was a solid, average experience. There were some definite highlights, but also a few inconveniences. The Good: Spacious Rooms: We had plenty of space to stretch out, which is always a major plus. Helpful Staff: The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast room staff are absolute hard workers who keep things moving. Kid-Friendly: The pool area has a great water slide, and the kids had an absolute blast with it. Free Breakfast: Having breakfast included was super convenient and saved us some time in the morning. The Not-So-Good: Difficult Parking: The hotel stays very busy, and finding a parking spot was a real challenge at times because of how crowded it gets. Spotty Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi is not the greatest, so don't expect blazing fast speeds if you need to connect multiple devices. Average Bathrooms: The bathroom was just okay—nothing special, but functional enough for our stay. If you're traveling with kids and want a spacious room with a hardworking crew, it’s a fair option. Just be prepared to hunt for a parking space and deal with slow internet!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The kids enjoyed the water slide so much and they had so much fun. We enjoyed the sauna. Breakfast is included which is a plus. The front desk staffs were very polite and helpful. Highly recommended!
