Nice quiet place, big room right at the pool. Very clean, staff was super nice, always smiling. Vetygood breakfast, cooked to order from a menu, and dinner as well. The resort is a little remote, you can walk to beach in like a 20 minutes, if you want to ho to the store or restaurant outside, you need to drive. Hotel provides shuttle to the Pandawa beach every 2 hours and you can arrange pick up place through whatsup, which is amazing. Also you can buy water at the reveption.

We enjoyed our time at Puri Pandawa, especially the lovely gardens & swimming pool. Our room was comfortable & clean. The resort is away from the hustle & bustle of much of Bali, in an area that is just being developed. The staff were very helpful & the shuttle bus to the beach was handy. Food was good & reasonably priced. There are only 2 small shops nearby where you can get water & snacks, so we had most meals at the resort.

See, My family and I arrived at 7.30pm to find that we had no room. First told that they didnt receive booking from Expedia, then they were full. We got bumped to a hotel block next door, next to restaurant, ground floor, and a view of wall/barbed wire, and was extremely noisy and three of us shared a bed. At 11.30pm we complained and had another room, with a view (and noise) of pool and a rubbish tip/road. We cannot get refund as Puri Pandawa will not respond to Expedia to confirm we didnt stay. To put it nicely, our annual holiday was ruined, and I cried the entire time..we were all exhausted from the lack of sleep, and totally ripped off by this Resort. Do not recommend at all.

Fantàstic
Puri Pandawa is a fabulous ‘boutique’ resort. The staff were extremely friendly, and very quick to offer suggestions of where to go for a day trip. They also offered a great price for their driver to take me to Sunday’s Beach Club and to drop me off at my next hotel. The area is currently under development (Pandawa Beach looks like it will be growing in the next several months), but the beach is still largely trafficked by locals. You can get a beach lounge no problem. The villa I stayed in was great, very private and quiet at night. The pool was lovely, perfect to cool down in. There isn’t a lot of close by restaurants (not walking distance, really) but their onsite restaurant was quite nice. I highly recommend Puri Pandawa!
