Excellent staff. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was fine. Good air conditioning. We had a nice balcony on our 5th floor Junior Suite. Tiny elevator, but that's Italy!

The hotel was terrific, if you are able try to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel, it is fantastic.
The hotel staff are excellent and it is close to all the major attractions.
Highly recommend, and we would absolutely stay there again.

Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Good and safe location. Close to restaurants and bus stop for many bus lines to the tourist areas. Pictures of the rooms on the booking site look better than actual. The furniture is tired and old. AC worked well. The bed was very firm if you like that. Beds are made up with only sheets but if you need a comforter, it is in the cabinet. Shower does not have a curtain or sliding door. The floor and toilet got all wet when my husband took a shower. Over all, an adequate basic place to sleep and use as your base when visiting Rome.
