Lovely peaceful hotel yet in the centre of resort. Close to shops restaurants etc. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Nice pool.

This hotel was beautifully clean the gardens was outstanding; staff couldn't do enough for you. We would highly recommend this hotel for any aged traveler's. couldn't have asked for anything nicer and have stayed in a few hotels in the last 40 years of going to Bali.

Only stayed for 2 nights at the end of an escorted tour in Bali. What a beautiful hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were fantastic, pool was refreshing and restaurant food was delicious. Perfect location for shopping, the beach and relaxing.

The breakfast staff catered well for our coeliac son. Rooms were spacious and we enjoyed watching the squirrels from our balcony. Towel folding class was lots of fun.

The breakfast was average. Nothing out of the ordinary. When i asked for a car to drop me off at the airport, i was told to book a taxi, i waited for another staff member who booked me a car when i needed one, so what you needed was dependant on who you spoke to. 69 bar had average drink options.
