My experience was mostly pleasant, but the car elevator to the parkade broke down on the day of checking out so my car was stuck in their underground for 6 hours. I had a day planned with the car so I had to take Ubers around in the city. Would be nice if they offered something complementary in return, but it was business as usual when it was up and running again.

The location is great. You can ride the electric scooters 10 minutes to the tourist part of town using the bicycle lanes. It was super fun. You can also take the Green Line (metro) 10 minutes to town for around $2 each person. The breakfast was good. Worth the $9 per person that we paid. Loved their coffee machine. Ricardo took great care of us during our meals. Their restaurant is great. There are also other decent places to eat around the property. I would stay here again.

Allotjat amb amics

We travelled as three friends and had a great stay. They had rooms available with 3 twin beds which is hard to find, so we were very pleased finding this hotel. They have a Nespresso and a mini fridge in the room which were nice additions. We only had breakfast one morning at the hotel but they had nice variety and the food was fresh and tasty.

This hotel claims to be a 4-star, but my experience was far from it. There was absolutely no customer service staff didn’t know how to speak or deal with guests properly, which was very frustrating. The room was extremely small and uncomfortable. On top of that, there was a dog barking the entire night, so I couldn’t sleep at all. The worst part was the bed I suspect there were bed bugs because I woke up with red spots all over my body. Overall, this was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the rating they advertise. Please do your research before booking this hotel.
