Worse place I ever stayed at...not a hotel for sure but worse than motel or Hostel. Bed bugs. No safe box. Cheap dirty towel. Useless staff at front desk. Rude restaurant staff. Location full of cockroaches and rats. Expedia should warn any customer booking this location. HORRIBLE

Pros: Great location, close to two MRT stations. Rooms are a good size. Free snacks and drinks in the Reception area. Cons: Air Con could be better. Beds are rock hard, couldn't sleep properly and woke up aching every day. Breakfast has very few Western options.

Breakfast can be better with more fruit and bread options. Simple breakfast. Room was clean and staff was very helpful and also provide bottle water on request. Location to subway is about 5 minutes to the closes underground location where it can take you to directly to subway. Good option if it is a really hot day. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
