The hotel and staff were great. We booked through Hotels.com and were told we had free parking. However, this did not register at the hotel and we had to pay for it. THey did give us a discount. I think it was Hotels.com not telling the hotel.

On the 21st floor all we heard was emergency sirens all night. The windows must have been made out of paper mache. The hotel needs to upgrade the windows to a more soundproof design. The starlight patio was closed and only available for special bookings. The patio itself needed some work to bring it up to a maintained standard. No work area in lobby or anywhere.

Very poor service from bar area waitstaff. Hotel was overrun with high school aged sports teams Very noisy, teens in hallways/lobby. Emergengy vehicles park directly below hotel, sirens throughout the night.
