The staff was amazing. So kind and helpful. Seems like they knew you right away and remembered your room number!! So attentive. Beautiful views and such a large area you never felt like it was crowded.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. L’hôtel est très propre avec plusieurs piscines donnant vue sur la plage à seulement quelques mètres. Les repas sont très bons, le petit déjeuner est vraiment très varié. Le personnel adorable. Je vous conseille cet hôtel sans problème.

Great location and staff. Overall good stay but the family villa we stayed in was in need of renovation. Water leaking from the roof in one bathroom and moisture damage on all walls…

Great staff and clean hotel

A great hotel with 5 star service unfortunately we checked out earlier instead of 6 nights we only stayed 4 due to ongoing construction on the beach there were no beach loungers or umbrellas as stated and dangerous access to the beach. Unfortunately it's a European thing ( I've seen this many times where Germans do this in Majorca)where the clientele reserve or block all the pool sun loungers with towels before breakfast , so if you want to play the game then this is perfect for you, we checked out and found quieter hotels further south of Sengiggi. Apart from that food and drinks fantastic.

Vi overnattede i 4 nætter og havde overordnet en rigtig god oplevelse, belysningen og AC på værelset vi fik var ikke så kraftig og bruseren burde nok snart renoveres, men alt virker og servicen var rigtig høj og morgenmadsbuffeten var rigtig god, så alt i alt havde vi en rigtig behagelig ophold hos dem! Kan anbefale til andre der besøger Sengigi.

I gave the overall rating 4 stars only because I believe that the rooms could do with some level of updating, once this is done I believe that the hotel will be a 5 star resort. The staff who clean the rooms are brilliant and I would like to give a special shout out to Muskur, he was the one tasked to clean my room. He was just good and he took very good care of me during my stay. Overall the staff are warm and friendly and they go above and beyond to provide what you need. A massive thank you to the staff in the spa, they were very professional and very good at what they do. The restaurant staff were also great, my only complaint was that someone signed lots of alcoholic drinks on my room account, however the reception staff worked swiftly to remove this but a better system must be put in place to ensure that other guests are being honest as well as to protect other unsuspecting guests and the financial security of the hotel. I had a a wonderful time and I would definitely visit again and recommend it to others. Thank you Holiday Resort.

The place was beautiful, the room was large and clean. The service from staff was very inconsistent. Sometimes good and attentive, othertimes no one would help.

Lovely stay and great value we thought. Breakfast great and grounds well kept. Pools lovely Highly recommend having an evening meal at the kliff restaurant next door - awesome food and view !
