Fantàstic
The Radisson Blu is an excellent hotel, well maintained and with a great location. The entire staff was most helpful, especially the dining room manager, Ade, who made sure that we were happy and that our food was prepared perfectly.

Pros Clean, great breakfast, wonderful staff in dining room, wonderful location. Cons Outdated rooms, broken lamp and water stains of leaks in Ceiling and bathroom cabinet. Furniture and walls are scratched. Dark lighting. Front desk afternoon/evening manager dismissive and not helpful at all.

First of all, the reception area has been renovated, which gives a good first impression. However, as soon as you go upstairs, there is an incredibly unpleasant smell throughout the room corridors. The hotel feels very old, and the guest rooms have not been renovated at all. The amenities were of very poor quality. The air conditioning was also extremely noisy—so loud that it was impossible to sleep. I called the staff, and they were genuinely apologetic and did their best to help. Unfortunately, there was no technician available, so we had to switch the air conditioning off. The room temperature was around 35°C, and combined with the unpleasant smell, it made the room almost unbearable. They brought us a fan, but it made no difference. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing night.

A lovely hotel, clean quiet rooms wit modern decor. Lobby area has a bar, well stocked breakfast buffet available, fresh cool water always available. Staff were very helpful, taking time to help us locate destinations & restaurants.

We checked in late and the AC in our room was broken. They moved us to a much smaller room that had AC for the night (after we paid for an upgrade). The next day we were able to move to a different room but they did not refund us the upgrade for the first night or offer us Como breakfast or anything for needing to move rooms twice. Once that was settled, we had a nice stay. The hotel location is excellent and close to the sights and cafes without being loud and in the middle of it. The room AC worked well which was important during this heat wave. Staff was very friendly and welcoming . Rooms were clean, nice.
