Breakfast was good but 2x traveling people's with me had a Nut and sea food allergies almost everything on the breakfast menu contained nuts not good would be so easy to remove nuts from breakfast given it cost $20 per person and they had to eat somewhere else after woulds instead of enjoying breakfast with the rest of us

Accommodation was very acceptable and breakfast was fantastic. Lovely pool but decking around pool was average. Room was a good size and clean with all the amenities. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We only had a short stay as we were flying out. The check in ladies were great. The letdown was our room. Bed was very clean and comfy but bathroom needs updating it wasn’t pleasant. It was looking tired and old. Maybe because we were not staying long we didn’t get the best room and we didn’t pay the highest rate either. Balcony faced the main road and you can not sit out as balcony too small.

We upgraded our room to a ground floor interconnecting room as the family room was pretty run down. So glad we did and it had 3 toilets in total. We love the pool as it’s less busy and has well shaded parts. The resort also offered one of the best detox lymphatic massages I’ve had. It was a well balanced treatment with a mix of lymph drainage and gentle Balinese massage.

We love the place. Family friendly. The twins love the pool. Breakfast yummy with lots of options. Staff very friendly and they cleaned our room really well. Location good, close to shops. Definitely coming back.

Very pleasant stay. Staff was very helpful and always smiling. We especially enjoyed our driver Tony. He picked us up from the airport, took us to our cruise ship, and gave us a really great one day tour to the monkey forest, rice patty’s And Temple I would recommend him to anyone as a driver in the future

As pictured, close to shopping, restaurants, Kuta beach. Buffet breakfast was awesome great way to start the day. Hotel is kept in great condition, beautiful pool area with lots of seating both sun and shade. Room was perfect for our family of 4. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
