This was the first time I used this hotel.
It's situated smack next to bars which are noisy until the wee hours of the morning.
Can't understand why the rooms don't have towel and clothes racks either behind the door or on the wall. I've seen this in almost every hotel I stayed in. Luckily this particular one got a rack and mounted it on the wall.

Bé Good: The employees were nice and it's in a bar district so about 8 blocks from the mall. 7/11 next door was convenient. Hot water heater in shower was up in the nozzle & worked well.
Bad: the pictures showed the room as modern and clean. The actual rooms are extremely old. A/C in bad place and tv was smaller than a laptop and no elevator which wasn't terrible but got annoying at times. Value probably wasn't good, even at a cheaper price. Overall, it was acceptable, but we wouldn't stay again, had we known the real condition of the property.

Per sota de la mitjana The location is good. However the owner is letting the property run down. The elevator does not work so one must walk up several flights of stairs. Bed is hard, Room is not big enough for a night stand by the bed. Water just sets on the bathroom floor in a pool. Some rooms do not have a widow. The owner does not honor Senior citizen cards which is required by law in the Philippines. Killed one large cockroach in the room.

Did not finish up my stay. Had to pay for another hotel which is better and plenty around. Managed by 2 elderly couple who treat customers like prisoners. Locked outside and should be opened up to enter. Ring the bell and stay outside for couple of minutes before someone comes to open for you. I will never recommend anyone to stay there.. Offered one small towel. No toiletries.

The room was very small, old,,hard to get in and out of bathroom. Sheets, pillows, old and dirty. The TV was from the 50s. Not working. Had to ask for something that works. Area is old red light district. Pictures online are totally deciving and misleading.

Bé Victoria Mansions for my 2 night stay was OK. The Reception Staff and Night Security Guard were very professional and friendly. Was placed on the 1st floor Room 2b, after I explained I have problems climbing stairs. The room and bathroom was clean enough however it needed a complete re-fit. Old sink, old furniture. Curtains held together with safety pins. I am not complaining as a Ex-Pat living here in the Philippines I have stayed in rooms a lot worse costing a lot more Piso.
