The staff spoke good English and were very helpful with tips, suggestions and directions. The room was small, but clean and a nice hot shower. AC worked very well. Very close to Piazza San Marco

Great location, 2-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and 6-minute walk to Bridge of Signs; The young lady was so helpful when we checked in and recommended us an authentic Venetian restaurant where I had my best dinner in Italy during this vacation. The welcome treats were thoughtful. Highly recommended!

We loved this hotel. Great room, very quiet. Ideal location. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Lots of stairs but we didn't mind that. Would definitely stay here again.

Le personnels sont très serviable..hotel est bien situé...les chambres c'est un style rétro.. mur de tapisserie tres salle....petit déjeuner à la demande..(.la veille)...pour moi l hotel est un 2 étoiles....vue de l extérieure l hotel donne l impression d être une cabane...note:60%

The front desk staff was fantastic and gave us many great ideas about places to visit. The room was quaint and very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay and will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Venice.
