Staff is extremely nice, we had just come from the plane and walked all over town. The front desk worker was nice enough to give me a sweat rag while sweating. Room was clean and had the best amenities of our trip. Would stay again!

The hotel was clean, beautiful and in a great location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was difficult to navigate, especially the "time capsule" shower.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was very good. Make sure to ask to stay in the main hotel and not the other building on the opposite side of the canal. Those rooms are not as nice and there is mo elevator on that side.

The air conditioner didn't go below 23'C (hot)... The room was a nice size and the view from the windows were good, just very hot at night time when we were trying to sleep. Friendly and professional staff.
