I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There is no WiFi, no electric plugs points, not sufficient lighting in the room. Pay extra to use the safety deposit box. Has a kettle but no coffee or tea. The two female Reception staff are extremely rude. I will not employ them if it is my hotel. Our room was 1016.

It was nice experience, staffs were good, food was nice although we prefer vegetarian or chicken only food. I arrived early and they allow to checkin at 13:00 as I had kid. Found few staffs from Nepal and Pakistan and they helped me.

Quite surprised and disappointed with the limitations of this hotel, considering it marks itself as a 4*, you have only buffet style meals available, at a high price for the quality, minimal food available in the hotel through the day, even packet coffee and tea for the room is additional cost!! I’ve worked and stayed in many 4* hotels and never heard of this!!

NO OTHER DINNER SERVICE, ROOM SERVICE OR SNACKS WILL BE AVAILABLE – service this night is all for Gala Dinner

End of Dinner service and exclusively dinner guests are invited to go to the Hotel Terrasse (12th floor) to see the firework show. Sparkling Wine and dry raisins will be served.

From 00h30 – Party – ALL hotel guests are invited to join (beverages are not included)

Please note that reservations for the Gala Dinner will only be accepted until 31/10/2026 – if guests does not make their reservation in due time, we cannot guarantee that seats will be available on the day or even after the date previously indicated.
