The warm cookies at check in were a nice touch. The garbage at the entrance was overflowing though. The room was clean but our bathroom toilet seat and sink looked out and wrecked! The gentlemen working the bar was very kind and friendly and any other staff we spoke to were all great too!

Allotjat amb amics

The hotel was clean and staff was great. Rooms are nice and as always, the beds were comfy. My only complaint was the bathroom. The shower needs an update. I couldn't get a decent stream of water to come out to wash my hair. Outside of an out-dated bathroom, the rest was great.

The property and rooms are very nice. Location is good. During our stay, the business centre computers were not working and all the elevators stopped working during our checkout. Staff was very helpful in helping us take the freight elevator, but we had to walk up 12 floors after swimming. Staff was also helpful in printing a document for me.
