Great location, great service. Loved that the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor, so we got to enjoy the views every morning. Rooms are abit dated. But overall a great stay! Would recommend.

There was a dispute with the front desk manager about a water bottle. He insisted i pay $3 because i used the wrong bottle in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would book again when I return to Hanoi. The staff were so friendly, the breakfast had many excellent options and I thought the location of the hotel was perfect for me. Definitely recommend staying here.
