Everything was great about this hotel except for the parking tower. I would just say to prepare to wait to drop off you car and get your car when you park in the hotel parking tower

What an amazing place to stay! Close to AV so food was never a problem to get and close to tons of things to do! Beautiful hotel with great views! Staff were above and beyond AMAZING!! The onsen and pool were our favs!!! Def 10/10 place to stay! 10 Stars!!!

Incredible property, staff, location and experience. The bath house / sauna was exceptional. The workout gym area was essentially non-existent. That is the only downfall.

Beautiful new property that just opened in April 2026. Lots of helpful staff around at all times. The room was very large and we had the view of the American Village and beach with was amazing at night. There was a balcony with chairs that you could sit and admire the night lights. Room was perfect for a family as there were walls that you could roll shut for extra privacy and quiet. Parking was free and it was an electronic parking building which kept the car safe. Location was perfect as it was right across the street from the American Village. There was many restaurants within walking distance and a 7/11 nearby. You do have pay a fee to use the pool. I didn't use it as we went to the beach. Note: a car is almost an absolute necessity as you'd miss a lot of what the island has to offer without one. I would absolutely look forward to staying here again.

It’ was a new and clean hotel. The location was awesome. I wished their TV had some English speaking channels but there was none. We had some issues with our reservation due to the language barrier but it worked out at the end. The rooms are much cheaper if you book on line. In addition they will only clean your room if you ask them. I thought the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey

You gotta pay for the pool seperately which seems pretty lame, but breakfast was awesome. Delux room was amazing. Proximity to nightlife was great.
