The room was in very bad condition. It smell a lot like mold and it has what it look like mold painted. Staff was really friendly.

Fantàstic The location of this hotel is ideally close to American Village where you have many options for shopping and dining. Check-in was very easy and the rooms were spacious and clean. The beach had a safe swimming area with a lifeguard during the day. We had daily breakfast included in our stay. It was just ok, and they had trouble accommodating my daughter’s gluten allergy (only offered fruit and lettuce). The rooms had a variety of helpful amenities and there is a laundry area on the second and third floors. Good self-service coffee and extra amenities were available in the lobby.
Many thanks to the kind and helpful staff at the Sunset Beach Hotel. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing staff at this hotel. Breathtaking view of the ocean and convenient location central to American Village. Room was clean and well maintained. Beds were extremely comfortable.
