Room was very clean. Had clean convenient laundry facilities on site for a small fee. Right in the heart of Auckland CBD which was great but bring earplugs if you’re staying on a weekend/busy night and you’re a light sleeper

Great stay. Really nice hotel-like amnesties and comfy dorm bed and duvet for a hostel, it's pretty good. Friendly staff and great location. Rooftop is a bit quiet and the fridge gets a bit full at times but overall, an enjoyable stay.

Fabulous property in a great location
No need to travel with much as the laundry is convenient

n the heart of Aucklands CBD and from the fooftop you can almost touch the harbour
Beds are comfortable

The description said the bed is comfy. It was on and had lumps.
The bathroom smelled of sewerage.
When showering, the hot water would suddenly turn cold.
The lift went up to level 6 totally fine but button was broken so to get back down, I had to walk down to level 5 with my suitcase.
Overall, it was good for a 2 night stay and it's in a handy location

Staff are unhelpful and not friendly at all. Difficult to get up to the bunk bed. Steps slippery. Wifi non reliable
