Clean facility with restaurant and convenience store on 1st floor. Rooms were clean, well maintained. I specifically asked for a room away from noise sources however was assigned a room right next to staff storage and there was a lot of commotion throughout the day. They definitely dropped the ball on this one. Bathrooms lack exhaust vent so after a shower all the steam has nowhere to go. I've seen bathroom exhaust vents in cheaper/older hotels in Vietnam. Water pressure and temperature were very inconsistent. Breakfast was average with mostly Japanese options, not the worst but not special either. Restaurant staff appear confused and kept asking for the breakfast ticket. Overall this is a clean hotel but customer service needs work.

スタッフは親切でした。部屋や共有スペースも綺麗でした。気になったのは、男湯の湯船がやや汚かったです。きちんと清掃がされていなかったのかもしれません。指摘すれば改善は期待できそうです。

部屋のエアコン温度設定が28度に固定されており、とてもむし暑いです。サウナと水風呂は最高でした。

日本語が話せるスタッフがたくさんいて不便を感じませんでした。またホテルの部屋も綺麗でシャワーの水圧も十分、外の騒音も全く聞こえず快適に過ごすことができました。また利用したいです。

清潔、使いやすい作り、朝食おいしい、これでリンラン、キンマもう少し近ければ言う事なし。

全てにおいてストレスなしに快適に滞在できました。

日本式服務精神在這個飯店貫徹落實，無論是硬體設備或員工素質都是日式規模。

唯一缺點大浴場的浴池有指甲跟異物，其他都很完美，未來還是會選擇

店員さんの対応がとても良かったです！ 朝食も種類が多くて良かったです！
