The hotel is located in a good location. However, that was the only nice thing about it. It is a very small hotel with outdated rooms. The shower barely had water, with one of the shower heads not working at all. The bathrooms are extremely small, with barely standing room only for the shower. The breakfast barely had enough food for everyone, and when asked to refill food or a specific item, their answer was "there's no more left". There is only one really small elevator, and the stairs to all levels is so small that you will have a tough time carrying your luggage up and down on either elevator or stairs. I checked out other hotels next to this one such as Hanoi Starlight Boutique, and they are much better despite being the same price as this one. Please shop around. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

バスタブの部屋を希望していましたが、シャワーしか使えず、蛇口からお湯が出なかった。
そうであれば、説明するべきです。
部屋も、埃が多く、清掃されている感じはしなかった。
また朝食時もお客様が座る場所に座って、
スタッフが同じ場所まで食事していた。しかもこちらはゆっくり食べたいのに、うるさい。
次回からはグレードを上げます。
水回りが不十分だから、お風呂の時間でさえ
ゆっくり出来なかった。
