Genial

Room was clean and spacious, when I booked it says mountain view but I was given a view of the water tank and roofing, breakfast was okay, not much choices. Over all stay was okay

We had the family suite with included breakfast. However, the room itself was dirty in itself due to the bathroom having poor plumbing and some areas having mold. the room had some ant problems so it was hard to keep food on the counter.

Staff was ok. Room was clean, bed was horrible. Old mattress springs in your back all night. Water in bathroom did not work on arrival. Maintenance had to fix. Made to order breakfast came out very cold. Beef tapa and fried egg cold. Staff at restaurant not good at all. Mountain view room haha. 1 window out of 4 had a view. Main view was a tree view.

The room is outdated. The toilet is terrible where we stayed. The food is already prepared and cold. The key to the door key to the room was totally hard to work. Noticed bed frames are not in a good condition. You have to ask for additional toilet roll and the water flow and hot water is not working properly .

Amenities, i booked 2 rooms but the other room don't have hot shower, no rugs , only 1 trash , no slippers , towels looks dirty , food for breakfast not hot, no drinks for kids

The room does not have AC. We have 3 seniors with us and they have to negotiate steps before going to the elevator. The food is terrible, a small cut fish, Rice and egg & you have to ask for a coffee. No towels in the room. Im not recommending this place to anyone.
