The hotel is conviently located near shopping areas. The free breakfast buffet is great. The only downside is that my bathroom was not clean and the hot water pressure is weak I also found several hair on the floor.

Staff was great, breakfast very good. Had a little drink at the bar, could've been better if there's some kind of music or entertainment. Only problem is bathroom sink looks clogged water very slow to drain.

The room was clean and well-appointed with complete amenities, however, the phone line was not working. We informed Housekeeping about this upon our return from touring, but the phone issue persisted throughout our three-day stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and the hotel staff were truly exceptional.

Staff were accomodating , breakfast was great. Acoustic bar at night was relaxing . Upin entering the lobby the smell is lovely. Will be booking again in the future!!

The bathroom had an opaque window on the top of the shower wall. That meant, if you used the bathroom in the middle of the night and turned on the light, the light would shine through that opaque window and light up the entire hotel room. It almost always woke up the other person. It wasn't even a faint light. It was very bright. There was a leak coming from 2 spots on the bathroom ceiling. I'm not sure how anyone could miss it when preparing the room. There was no extra roll of toilet paper in the room. I had to go out of my way to ask somebody for another roll. It seems silly to have to go through the extra effort to have to ask for it. You also have to be aware that you ask in time before you run out. Otherwise, the place was very nice and the staff was very courteous.
