Room are clean and fully equipped, others are maintained in good orde, very nice. Concierge are polite, helpful and responsive - inline with the company branding and philosophy.

Great hotel, 15 min walk to massive MIXC phase 1+2 shopping area as well as Shenzhen Talent park ( whole water front absolutely amazing for day and night walks) drone food drink delivery on the right side of wster front btw. Limited breakfast from non Chinese and Wifi is definitely HUGE issues. We have unlimited fast data on our own. But overall for the money you cannot beat it. All Urcove hotels are generally great value.

Staff were very helpful and offered very professional support. The rooms are modern, spacious and very clean. Also like their mattress and pillows which were just perfect for me!
