AC was not working properly even though I informed them multiple times. No staff to serve at the bar during my whole stay. I checked out one day earlier than my planned stay and they refused to refund the remaining day but I checked out anyway and moved to a nearby hotel.

Estada individual

This hotel is beautiful. While it is located on a busy street, and my room faced the street, it was very quiet. The location is also within walking distance to many of Brussels' cultural attractions. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Brussels.

Un petit bijou qui vient d’ouvrir à Bruxelles. Les chambres sont extrêmement confortables, chaleureuses et accueillantes. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Le service adorable. Vraiment tout est parfait.
