Fantàstic
Suite was amazing and all room styling worthy of 4 star. Maybe the bathroom shower should not be a handheld one vs a rainfall one was the only feedback for a hotel of this caliber I didn't est here so can't comment on the food but location was central to everything As of now I cannot see anything negative of this place.

Beautiful hotel. Room/suite was perfect for me. Staff were very helpful and professional. Breakfast the best I have had in a long time with good selection. Would hope to stay at this hotel again if I visit Brussels again. Would recommend.

This hotel location is as impressive now as it was before the pandemic, when I last visited. Elegant with exceptional staff, comfortable rooms and a good location, close to EC buildings and walking distance to Grand Place.

M'he quedat amb la família

Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. Drinks and nuts at the bar were very good. However, it was odd that we had to ask if it was open, and reception had to call for the bartender. The bartender didn't ask if we wanted more drinks either; he brought us the tab and left. Pretty disappointed as he also didn't clean up a dirty table. Staff were friendly when we needed something as we did need a fan. Now I realize we had very hot days but our room really never did get very cool, even with a drop in temps our last night. There was also no one to greet arriving guests/help with luggage which seems odd for a 5-star hotel.

The Stanhope Brussels by Thon Hotels is an exceptional property. The room was impeccably clean, impressively spacious, and beautifully designed, creating a comfortable and elegant stay. The front desk staff were outstanding—warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined and enjoyable stay in Brussels.

Tloverall it was a good hotel. However, the bathroom cleaning was not perfect as I found some hair in the sink and bathtub. Also, the water temperature was very difficult to regulat. Not really a 5-star feeling.
