Very clean and the bed was massive and so comfy. Food also very good and staff extremely helpful. We had a great massage as well highly recommend this place

Beautiful hotel! Staff was amazing, from the moment we arrived, they were so helpful and kind. Selena was amazing always answering our questions and making us feel welcome. We were able to leave our luggages overnight so we could go on a one night Ha Long Bay cruise. The area was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.
