Great love it

Our stay at Elaf Qinwan Hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and extremely helpful, which made us feel comfortable from the beginning. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Our room was comfortable, and the room service was excellent. The food was amazing and well prepared. There are shops on the ground level for quick needs, a mosque inside the building, a gym, and many elevators that made going up and down easy, even from the 12th floor where we stayed. The hotel is not within walking distance to the Haram, but the hourly shuttle service was reliable and very convenient. The internet was not very fast, likely because of the higher floor, but it worked fine for basic use. The rates were very reasonable for the quality and service provided. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would confidently rate it 10/10. I will definitely stay here again.

Recommend Kindly improve telephone service system, which is not easily make available.

Simple amazing

Everything was above my expectations. Really happy with the service. The breakfast buffet was too expensive for the food. Wasn’t much variety in food.

It was excellent.

Breakfast options were limited. And shuttle drop off point is 15 minutes walk away from the gate no 79 to enter the Haram for umrah rest was ok

The staff were amazing very welcoming and helpful.please keep it up it was really very good experience!

Amenities, staff. Breakfast was below average. Hourly Schuttle service to Haram was great
