Fantàstic Excellent location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Everything you need was provided. Would definitely go back and recommend to everyone who is looking to stay in the heat of Madrid.

This place is more of a hostel situation rather than a hotel. When I was searching places to stay on Expedia, I filtered out only hotels, I don’t know why SabiaNatura even popped up. There was no lobby, or worker to talk to. Checking in is all through online. You walk into a very sketchy building with no clear instructions on which floor SabiaNatura is. Come to find out it’s like a hostel situation with shared bathrooms and dorms. We walked in and walked right out. I tried to contact Expedia and SabiaNatura how this wasn’t what we were expecting but no response. Don’t think this is a hotel

We loved staying here and location was excellent. Rooms and corridors smelt very fresh and fragrant. We only had one issue, we travelled from UK to Barcelona and got the high speed train to Madrid, so we were very exhausted. When we arrived we checked in to get access codes,but never received any. Called owners and texted and got no answer. I was about to change hotels. Anyway all was sorted eventually Had to contact hotels.com who were ext helpful.i would stay again but I'll need the codes pre checkin ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Buena área para hospedarse. El staff fue muy amable conmigo. Lo tienen todo, y es un lugar muy limpio. 100% recomendado si viajas solo!

Property was in great location (next to opera metro), the staff were very kind. I genuinely enjoyed my stay. Also air conditioning during a heat wave gave so much relief.

The location was excellent, just a few minute walk to the Palace and shopping. A unique property which did take some time to find as we arrived late at night but it was comfortable and trendy.

The room was great! Had a beautiful view within walking distance to Plaza del Sol and metro. Check in process was a breeze and instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Would love to stay here again when I return to Madrid.
