Great area, walkable to Namba station and shopping spots. Great breakfast options. Staffs were so friendly and approachable. Clean room. It’s just a tight room but overall my family and I were satisfied. Will definitely come back

Average hotel everything was clean and nice. Staff were great but the only bad part were the beds. Literally worst beds in the world, stiff and very uncomfortable. Woke up to back and shoulder pain everyday

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly. I don't have any complains, but only one negative thing was that the elevator was small and too crowded.
