Clean room. They advertise bar in the hotel, and all the time was closed. They advertised minibar in the room, and only water available. No english at all from any employees, one of the employees was rude all the time.

Enjoyed our stay here through and through. Laundry and gym facilities were great and just wanna give a special shout out to to Romeo and Li Jiao for meticulously helping us to check and compare Didi prices for our ride to the airport. Romeo even woke up outside of his shift hours to receive us at the lobby to ensure that we hop on our ride. Excellent service standard.

Not as great as we imagined. It’s inside a huge building with 6 or more hotels (that honestly looked way better than this one) The lobby is really small and weird, the breakfast is really bad and the room doesn’t make a lot of sense. Don’t stay here if you have big luggage. The staff is really nice and the location is amazing. But honestly there are way better options around.

Chdck was fast and easy. Thecstaff is great. We all used are translation apps to communicate. The room eas very nice. The breakfast is the best every morning! Its centered right in the middle of everything. You csm walk or cstch a Didi. 20mins or less from all of thee attractions and activities.

The room was spacious and clean and had great amenities. Staff are friendly. I didn’t find the location very convenient to get around though. The automated toilet was also very annoying to use and I had to turn it off everytime I used it.

Relatively close to the The Giant Panda Research Base and Monastery, Within walking distance of metro/subway. Fairly easy commute to airport Tianfu using subway (with one easy transfer) - very very nice room! Great staff!
