Reception was great. Room was compact but enough to house 3 big luggages but unable to open all at one go. Request for additional pillows and drinks accommodated. Pillows on the softer side. Minutes walk to TaiKooLi and is quiet.

Nice hotel close to everything, free laundry which was a bonus. Problem was very limited English, staff were very helpful using translators on their phone apps. Always greeting you with a friendly smile and a hello. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

It’s a typical nice American hotel with comfortable bedding and bathroom. The shower is the best among those of hotels I have stayed in recent years. It’s very convenient to walk or take subway to the city center of Chunxi road and Taiguli. There are also tons of restaurants in various kinds of eateries surround the hotel area. Hotel services are top notch. Service personnel and the manager are very nice and helpful. I stored my luggage in the hotel on the day of checking out for the night flight. I used the bathroom on the lobby floor like I were in my hotel room to prepare for leaving. It was a wonderful experience in staying in the hotel. I would give it all 5 stars and surely recommend to friends and anyone else.

Staff very attentive and patient, breakfast buffet has a good variety of Chinese and western dishes, room immaculately clean and best of all is the hotel’s central location to all the amenities and central Chengdu city. Will definitely stay here again in our next trip .
