Fantàstic
Convenient to airport and beautiful hotel with full amenities. Nothing in the immediate area so you would need to get transportation if you want anything outside what is offered by the hotel. They helped arrange transportation from the airport in addition to having a shuttle but we arrived after midnight and the arranged transportation was cheap and easy

The staff were extremely kind. The free airport shuttle was a savings. I got an excellent massage at the spa on a last minute request, and I had lunch at the pool side. The bartender was very friendly. The food was good too.

We loved staying at the Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport hotel. The airport shuttle pickup was very convenient. The breakfast was absolutely delishious! All of the staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful.

The rooms where dirty, they smelled. The towels are disgustingly smelly. The food is not up to the standard. In general not good hotel, the staff was nice and try to help always.
