The room could have been cleaner. The bed sheets were clean but the bathroom floor needed a mop and the carpets were not vacuumed

Genial I stayed for 9 days. They don't have daily room cleaning but they do change all the towels and take your trash everyday. When you wake up, the new towels are already hanging on the door grip. You just need to leave your trash bin outside. The walls were a bit on the thin side because I will often hear people in the hallway but I didn't mind. I like how it's like 2-3 mins from a subway station. And a big plus, there is a Lawson downstairs by the lobby. I didn't have a chance to use the onsen, but next time I will. And yes, I will stay there again.

Staff are not friendly, and the bath was very dirty (I saw a used band aid there for two days in a row), but the location was convenient.

Hotel is nice and clean, with a very modern and dark decor. Lawsons is attached to the ground floor reception area. Staff didn’t appear to be friendly here, as other hotels in Japan. No cleaning service in rooms, Onsen was not appealing to me.
