The room layouts were very bad despite us upgrading to a larger room. I kept running into things because of the tight layout. The lighting was extremely bad as well, especially in the washroom. There was no basic things provided either like soap in the washrooms. The wifi was down the whole time I was there and was told it would be working soon. I left while it was still broken and had to spend $20 on esims because of that… Horrible horrible horrible. Expedia tried to contact the hotel for a partial refund due to the horrible experience and they flat out refused.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We reached early on check-in day, and to our delight, they accommodated us with an early check-in, which made our arrival smooth and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. It truly made a difference in our overall experience. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The selection was delightful, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start our day! One of the best features of the property is the terrace, which offers a stunning view. Whether it was morning coffee or an evening wind-down, the scenery added a special touch to our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming place to stay. It's a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and beautiful views!
