I am giving them a 5-star so everybody can read my review... I requested for a refund from this hotel because the room that was assigned to us was infested by cockroaches. We booked for 2 nights and the Receptionist lady was nice. When got to our room and turned on the lights there were cockroaches scattered everywhere, they were in the walls, the bathroom, the living room, the bedroom, the kitchen counter and cabinet and what surprised me the most was there were cockroaches too INSIDE the refrigerator! We checked out 15mins later as we know that we will not be able to sleep in the room. The front desk lady reminded me that the rate was non-refundable. I mean sure, if my money will help your hotel clean and sanitize it please go ahead and take it. But for future guest please BEWARE! PACIFIC BAY GRAND SUITES IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES.

Wonderful staff! Good housekeeping upon request. Good security. Good amenities. Ask for clothes steamer or extra hangers. Nice panoramic views without paying extra.

You get what you paid for. The staff were friendly, and the cleanliness was good, though not perfect. The location isn’t the best, but it’s conveniently right next to a really nice mall, which is great for shopping.
