Fantàstic Our day was great. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a larger room that had a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The room itself was very clean and spacious the area surrounding the apartment. Was also a nice area.

Fantàstic Great stay in Tay Ho. Staff were friendly and helpful especially when i was trying to figure out the laundry machine. Its just off the lake and even though my room didnt have a view of the lake, I would definitely recommend it. Lots of good restaurants nearby and lots of yummy food. Easy to get grab delivery to.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Nothing luxurious or fancy but it has all the necessary amenities (kitchen utensils, fridge, washing machine), all in good state. Nice view from the balcony. Also they have the nicest receptionist ever who speaks good english and he helped me recover my purse. Thank you for that!

The room was great with lots of closet space, and a good size working area. But The staff was the best. I had forgotten my camera's battery charger back home and tried to find a replacement on my own. Unfortunately, due to me not speaking Vietnamese, I was unsuccessful. Thankfully, the staff was able to hunt one down and literally rescued my trip. Thanks Alice, Liam, and Tony. You all are amazing!

Great stay at Moonlight Tay Ho! The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Hoang Anh at reception was especially helpful. She gave us great local recommendations and made everything easy. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Moonlight Tay Ho. It’s a cute, cozy apartment that’s tucked away in a quiet area right across from West Lake, making it a perfect escape from the city noise. One of the best-kept secrets here is the rooftop terrace—it’s a total hidden gem with an amazing view of the Hanoi skyline. The apartment is very well-equipped; having a private laundry machine was a huge plus for my trip, and the kitchen features a real, full-sized refrigerator that actually keeps your drinks ice-cold. Highly recommended for a comfortable, self-contained stay!
