What a wonderful experience from minute one! Upon arrival, I felt like a super VIP, treated to amazing hospitality from the Friday morning team. My room was gorgeous, amenities outstanding, and the location was superb. For my first time in a foreign city like Bangkok, I can't say enough about how fabulous my experience was, and all because of this tremendous hotel and their magnificent staff. Gorgeous rooftop pool with scenic views was the cherry on top. 5 Stars!

Innside by Melia Bangkok was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff was very friendly, polite, helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed my visit. The infinity pool was very beautiful as well overlooking the city

I recently stayed at Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The rooms were extremely tiny and felt very cramped. What surprised me the most was that the washroom sink was installed right next to the bed, which made the room layout uncomfortable and impractical. The shower and toilet area were also extremely small — it was hard to even move around properly inside. For a hotel of this category, I expected much better space planning and comfort. Another issue was communication. Many staff members struggled to speak or understand basic English, which made simple requests and interactions difficult during the stay. Overall, the hotel looks modern, but the room design, lack of space, and communication issues made the experience disappointing and not worth the price.

Yes, the pool area is a bit congested but a pool still. Buffet was ok and the omelets were a huge hit. Food at the bar needs a bit of updating. The DJ was great and the view was a 10 out of 10!
